CLOSED-DOOR THEMATIC ROUNDTABLES
Exclusive meetings with no public attendance, focused on key topics in next-generation mobility, supported by expert partners and coordinated by a professional moderator.
Objectives: to foster high-level exchange and discussion aimed at deepening the topics addressed, providing answers to systemic and design-related questions, and assessing and implementing new applications.
Participants: public administrations, public and private transport companies (public transport, sharing, rental, buses, large fleets, carmakers), infrastructure providers (highways, railways, airports, lake navigation, charging networks, parking operators), logistics operators, and insurance companies will be invited.
Duration: each roundtable lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Day agenda: two introductory plenary sessions – one in the morning and one in the early afternoon – followed by thematic roundtables and networking moments
Introductory sessions: scenario insights on broad, cross-cutting topics (e.g. AI and data), designed to frame key challenges and showcase solutions that are already available and market-ready.
